Work to upgrade the junction of Metges Road and Kentstown Road in Navan is progressing well.
The Meath project got underway on 17 February and is on track to reach completion by Q3 2020.
Jons Civils is overseeing the scheme, which involves the installation of a 3.5m depth large sewer, an array of service crossings, including additional foul sewer mains, watermains, and telecommunications, as well as an upgrade to the existing junction.
There will be vehicle, cyclist and pedestrian restrictions in the area for the duration of the works.
They will provide a long term benefit to the movement of pedestrians, cyclists and other traffic through the junction.
