A group of employees from Ireland's leading engineering firm, Mercury, have recently graduated from a leadership course.
Nine members completed Ingenium's Smart Choice Leadership Programme, with the majority attending a graduation ceremony at the University of Limerick on 04 March.
Darren Brennan, Christian Murphy, Kim O'Connor, Keith Kilroy, Aisling Cronin, Mark Mulvany and Adrian Kanka were all in attendance. James Murphy and Keith Taite also completed the programme.
This forms part of Mercury's continued efforts to invest in its people with a number of higher education options.
In this regard, Mercury re-launched its newly revamped 'Future Leaders' in June 2019. The programme is being run in conjunction with its training partners in Ingenium, a premium provider of training and consulting services.
The objective of the programme is to build the group's bench strength to enable succession to senior roles within Mercury. The programmes participants are drawn from all parts of the business and represent both operations and support functions.
