Construction work is underway to develop 59 new social and affordable homes in Fingal.
The Taoiseach, Michael Martin, TD, and the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, Darragh O'Brien, TD, joined Mayor of Fingal, Cllr David Healy, on a visit to the site on Carr's Lane.
The site comprises 22 one-bedroom apartments, 30 two-bedroom apartments and seven three-bedroom apartments with car and cycle parking spaces.
A range of retail and public facilities are nearby including schools, health services and sports venues.
The development is led by Respond, an Approved Housing Body (AHB), in partnership with Fingal County Council under Rebuilding Ireland.
Funding was allocated from Fingal County Council, the Department of Housing, Heritage and Local Government, and the Housing Finance Agency.
Mayor Healy said: "Provision of social and affordable housing is a priority for Fingal, and I commend Respond for partnering with Fingal to advance our efforts under the Rebuilding Ireland programme.
"As Covid-19 is a continuing reality, it is very positive that the vital work of providing housing has proceeded in compliance with public health and industry safety guidelines."
