Plans are being brought forward for an Environmental Improvement Scheme in Belfast.

FP McCann has been appointed as Main Contractor for the scheme at Albert St & Cullingtree Road.

The works include the provision of new kerbs, new footpath surfacing, new lighting, street furniture, along with the introduction of traffic management measures and boundary treatments.

The primary focus of the proposals is to enhance the public realm along Albert Street and Cullingtree Road, by introducing a high quality, cohesive appearance to the streetscape. It aims to create a welcoming sense of arrival to the Albert Street area, by introducing a distinctive style and character to the area, using high quality materials and a consistent approach.

FP McCann is now welcoming interest from local sub-contractors and suppliers for the scheme.
