A series of path upgrade works have got underway at Port-na-Happle, Portstewart.
Work begun in the Co L'Derry town today, Monday 13 September, and is expected to last approximately 10 days.
During the works period, access for water users to Port-na-Happle sea inlet via the set of steps will be restricted.
The section of coastal path between Port-na-Happle and Berne Road will also be closed during the working day during this period.
Signage will be in place to advise walkers to use the alternative route via Strand Road and Berne Road. The remaining sections of the coastal path will be fully accessible as usual.
