Radius Housing Scheme Set To Close Next Year

Affordable homes provider Radius Housing has announced the upcoming closure of its Statutory House Sales Scheme.

The scheme will close to applications at midnight on 27 August 2022, reflecting the Housing (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2020 passed by the Northern Ireland Assembly on 30 June 2020 and given Royal Assent on 28 August 2020.

No new applications can be made to the House Sales Scheme after this date. Where a valid application is received prior to midnight on 27 August 2022, the application will be processed in the normal manner.
