Merlo Award Success Celebrated

Italian manufacturer Merlo has won the prestigious Compasso d'Oro ADI 2022 award for its electric-powered eWorker.

McHale Plant Sales, distributors in Ireland of Merlo telehandler products, has welcomed the success of the company.

In Ireland, sales of Merlo telehandlers have increased significantly in recent years, fuelled by demand from the agricultural contracting sector and increasing sales of Roto and Panoramic models to the construction, waste and manufacturing sectors.

Since 1954, the Compasso d'Oro has been recognised as the world's oldest and most authoritative design award. The latest in a series of awards received by the eWorker, its presentation is said by McHale Plant Sales to be "a testimony to the work, responsibility and commitment of the Merlo Group in developing products that help buyers meet climate change goals".
