John Paul Construction Reaches Completion On Dublin Offices

A prime office block in Dublin city centre has been faithfully restored by leading firm John Paul Construction.

The firm worked on behalf of Kennedy Wilson to restore the 20 Kildare Street office development.

These works involved the faithful restoration of a terrace of four semi-derelict 18th Century Georgian town houses that front on to Kildare Street, along with the construction of a new seven storey over basement office block with fully glazed façade to the rear and a new fully glazed, three-storey high atrium linking the new building with the sensitively restored historic town houses.

The new offices are finished to the highest standards evidenced through the achievement of LEED Gold, Wired Platinum, and WELL Gold certifications.
