Northern Ireland-based contractor Farrans has been recognised for its successful projects by a prestigious awards show.
The firm has been shortlisted for two awards at the CEF Excellence Awards 2022.
The first shortlist is for Commercial Construction Project of the Year for Farrans' work on City Quays 3 in Belfast. This category considers those projects which have recognised the needs of the end user, engaged positively with the client and considered sustainability performance.
City Quays 3 is one of the largest Grade A office developments built in Northern Ireland. It was constructed to the BREEAM Excellent sustainability standard, placing it in the top 10 per cent of sustainable new buildings in the UK.
The second shortlisted project is in the Excellence in Training category for its bespoke training, Have the Conversation, which is a key part of our overall Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
This category recognises those who have a training plan with clear objectives and a commitment to continued training and upskilling for their staff.
