Approximately £90,000 is being invested in a carriageway and footway resurfacing scheme on Ulster Avenue.
Work will begin on Monday 05 December and is expected to be completed by Friday 20 January 2023.
The improvement works will extend for a distance of approximately 200 metres from Kingsway to Glenburn Road and will deliver significant benefits for residents and road users.

To help ensure the safety of road users and workers it will be necessary to implement a lane closure while the footway works are ongoing in December. A full road closure will be required in January 2023 when the carriageway works are ongoing, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm with the road open to traffic during the evenings and at weekends.
Road users are asked to comply with all temporary traffic restrictions and to drive with care when travelling in the vicinity of the road works.
