FP McCann has been appointed as the Principal Contractor for the expansion of the Stena Line Victoria Terminal 1 (VT1) Ferry Terminal in Belfast Harbour

The project includes all permanent and temporary works to expand VT1 in order to provide additional capacity for Stena Line.

Works include:

• Rearrangement, resurfacing and upgrading of lands at 10 Herdman Channel Road,

• Construction of quality concrete block paving with capping; subbase, lean mix concrete and asphalt surfacing.

• Construction of drainage infrastructure including petrol interceptor, concrete drainage channels and headwall construction in revetment.

• Circulation and access road between VT1 terminal and extended trailer park.

• Ground works for Smart Gate Technology.

• Installation of 30m high mast lighting columns on piled concrete foundations.

• Demolition works to several buildings / structures within the works area.
