Safety Products Ireland Launches The Safety Station

Safety Products Ireland has launched The Safety Station, a single point for all your health and safety needs.

This unit is unique to the Irish market and is a highly visible, multi-function health and safety point for your construction site that is easily identifiable, providing rapid aid to your staff.

With four sections; The Information Station, The Fire Station, The First Aid Station and The Spill Kit Station, this unit will speed up emergency procedures in a centralised single point for all your health and safety needs.

This station is highly Visible and Portable Safety Station that can withstand wind speeds of up to 40km/ hr. It is a convenient health and safety staff focal point which promotes easy access and re-supply.

Safety Products Ireland's product is a first responder station which includes education and guidance, speeding up the emergency procedure with Rapid Aid.

This unit is unique to the Irish market and has been specifically designed by us; a double framed unit that is portable by a teleporter on site and can be weighed down by concrete blocks on site. The current configuration allows 18 blocks to be placed within the frame however Safety Products Ireland have more designs available where more can be accommodated if required. The backing on the frame is 4mm diabond digitally printed signage board.

1 x 6kg Powder Fire Extinguisher

1 x 2kg CO2 Fire Extinguisher

1 x Battery Operated Site Evacuator Alarm

1 x 1.8m x 1.8m Rigid Case Fire Blanket

Information Station

1 x A1 Outdoor Spec Snap Frame

1 x A1 Safety Sign on 3mm Corriboard

4 x A4 Outdoor Spec Snap Frame

4 x A4 Safety Sign on 3mm Corriboard

Spill Kit Station

1 x Wind and Waterproof Spill Kit Cabinet

1 x 30 Litre Spill Kit (Socks, Pads, Disposable Bags)

1 x 60 Litre Chemical Grade Yellow Pedal Bin

First Aid Station

1 x Wind and Waterproof Outdoor First Aid Kit

1 x First Aid Kit

1 x Eye Wash Kit

1 x Burns Kit

1 x AED unit or 1 x Lens Cleaning Station

and Ear Bud Dispenser

Manufacture and materials:

•30mm Box Iron Frame

• Lifting Lug on top

• 4 x 100mm2 plate with 20mm holes to allow frame to be bolted to pad if required

• 2 x Tie down points on side of Unit at top (not shown on pic but will be included)

• 150x 100mm box Iron to accommodate forks of teleporter

• Chequer plate to cover top of blocks
