Mivan, the luxury fit out and bespoke joinery specialists, has celebrated International Women's Day by hosting The Goddess Empowerment Course.
The event which was led by makeup artist, Ciara Daly, combined mindfulness with makeup techniques to deliver an empowering experience. A mocktail-making class was also held by Arisha O'Hagan from Titanic Distillery, Belfast.
These events provided an excellent opportunity for Mivan's female staff to connect, celebrate their achievements, and further enhance team unity.
Mivan said that it is committed to the advancement and inclusion of women throughout every facet of the business and is actively encouraging more women to pursue career opportunities within the construction industry.
John Cunnigham, CEO Mivan said: "At Mivan, we believe in breaking down barriers and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Our commitment to an inclusive and equal workplace is not just about gender diversity; it's about creating an environment where all talent is nurtured and opportunities to excel are provided. As we celebrate achievement a special mention to Helen Eakin and Amy Robinson for shortlisting at Women in Business Awards. Well done."
