Dawson Wam, a civil engineering specialist headquartered in Belfast, has announced the successful completion of an upgrade project on the Knockbracken Storm Overflow.
The company's recent upgrade at the site was executed for their client, Northern Ireland Water. The project involved the utilization of Dawson Wam's in-house temporary bridge, facilitating access over the Carryduff river. Notably, the bridge was constructed using mats from Steel Mat Hire.
This investment of £6 million aims to streamline and improve the local wastewater network in Carryduff. It will not only bring about environmental improvements but also play a crucial role in facilitating future development in the area.
