Following the water main burst yesterday afternoon (6 August), crews were dispatched and worked into the evening to restore normal supply to impacted customers in the communities of Shraheens, Glenco, Derreens, Cloughmore, Currane and surrounding areas.

Repairs were completed yesterday evening and normal water supply has been restored for most customers. However, those on higher ground or at the end of the network may still experience intermittent supply. Uisce Éireann is currently recharging local reservoirs, and bottled water is available for affected residents.
