Phoenix Energy has been awarded an international standards accreditation from the British Standards Institution (BSI) in recognition of its inclusive service approach for customers in vulnerable situations.
The certification highlights Phoenix Energy's commitment to providing fair, flexible, and accessible services for all customers. The assessment process demonstrated the company’s ability to meet high standards of inclusivity and support.
Receiving the award on behalf of Phoenix Energy, Joanne Quinn, Director of Regulatory Affairs, said: "We are delighted to be recognised for our work in Inclusive Service.
