Progress Made On Bishop Lucey Park Redevelopment

An update regarding the redevelopment of Bishop Lucey Park in Cork has been provided by the City Council.

Works have been progressing on the city centre-based project, which include cleaning and restoration to the stone entrance gate on Grand Parade and the old park walls.

The medieval city wall, which runs through the park, will become a focal point and works to this are being carried out under archaeological supervision.
