Upcoming Road Closure To Facilitate Works In Tipperary

Extensive construction works are set to commence next month in County Tipperary which will result in a road closure for a two-week period.

From 7am on Monday, January 13 until 11.59pm on Sunday, January 26, the R661 road near James Connolly Park in Tipperary Town will be closed to facilitate the construction of a new junction layout and road, drainage, and service installation.

Traffic diversions will be in place via Murgasty Rd (R-497) and Rosanna Rd (R-661) with diversions local to the works via James Connolly Park (L-4406-6) and Dundrum Rd (L-4407).
