This milestone marks a transformative step in the growth strategy of both companies, whose partnership has been nearly a year in the making, with Turner and Dornan first meeting to explore shared visions and values.

The partnership expands Turner's and Dornan's European presence, advances technical service offerings and drives growth in the advanced technology market.

Brian Acheson, CEO of Dornan Group, said: "Joining the Turner family is a momentous occasion for Dornan.

Peter Davoren, Chairman and CEO of Turner Construction Company, added: "Dornan brings incredible strength to Turner, and this partnership uniquely positions us to serve our global clients better – particularly in the rapidly expanding advanced technology market."

Dornan will benefit from Turner's extensive general contracting experience enabling cutting-edge end-to-end solutions for global clients on complex projects.

In turn, Turner will gain Dornan's deep specialization in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and engineering, as well as its proven ability to execute large-scale technical projects.

The combined strength of Turner and Dornan creates a dynamic synergy, leveraging Turner's $33 billion of backlog and Dornan's more than €1.6 billion of backlog.

This collaboration ensures access to an expanded portfolio of projects and resources, empowering both organisations to excel in delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.

Dornan will continue to operate under its established brand name, now as 'Dornan – A Turner Company'. The current leadership team will remain in place, ensuring continuity for employees, clients and partners.
