Cork-based company MMD Construction celebrated the 11th annual National Workplace Wellbeing Day yesterday (April 30) with a welcomed guest to its headquarters.

A speaker was in attendance at the company's head office for an engaging session on wellbeing, managing conflict, and building resilience.

Discussing the event, a statement from MMD Construction said: "We recognise that wellbeing isn't just a one day initiative, it is something we want to carry through to every site, every team and every day. And this is just the beginning! Over the coming months, we look forward to bringing toolbox talks to our project sites, reinforcing the importance of health, connection, and support across our teams.
