Call Made To Leitrim Landowners For Proposed Social Housing Scheme

Expressions of Interest are being sought from landowners with a suitable site for the development of a proposed Social Housing Scheme in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim.

The scheme will be delivered through a partnership between Leitrim County Council and an Approved Housing Body to meet identified social housing need.

Preference will be given to proposed developments that are located within close proximity to shops, services and local amenities in Drumshanbo.

An Expression of Interest Form is available from the Housing Capital Office, Leitrim County Council, by e-mailing [email protected] or can be downloaded by clicking here.

The deadline for completed Expression of Interest forms and supporting documentation is Wednesday, May 28, at 4pm.
