Dublin 8 Housing Scheme Officially Opens

A new housing scheme comprising 29 new residential units has officially been launched at Orr’s Square on Clanbrassil St in Dublin 8.

Built by property developer Beakonshaw, the scheme includes a mix of one- and two-bed apartments, including four duplexes and a ground floor community unit.

This newly constructed A-rated scheme is in a prime location in the heart of Dublin 8, just north of Robert Emmet Bridge on the Grand Canal, and south of the Leonard's corner junction of Clanbrassil St Upper and the South Circular Road.

Orr's Square will provide secure, high-quality homes which I know will make a real difference in their lives and I wish them all every happiness here. It's clear that the hard work and effective collaboration between Dublin City Council and the Iveagh Trust is delivering homes much needed homes in the city."
