County L'Derry-headquartered home builder Braidwater Group recently secured a bronze award from the Considerate Constructor Scheme (CCS) at a prestigious gala held at the Merchant Hotel in Belfast.
Braidwater's team at the Black Ridge (Glenmona) site in Belfast exceeded expectations in ensuring that daily operations met the stringent standards required for CCS recognition.
The CCS National Awards play a crucial role in promoting higher standards across construction practices, honouring sites that have significantly enhanced the industry's reputation since 1998.
These awards are widely recognised as among the construction sector's most prestigious accolades, acknowledging sites that have made exceptional contributions to improving the image of construction.
Darren Farnan, representing Braidwater Group, expressed his gratitude to everyone involved in this recent success: "Winning a National CCS Award is a highly esteemed achievement within the construction industry, recognising sites that have made remarkable efforts to enhance the industry's reputation."
Darren added: "We extend our sincere thanks to our head office and site teams, as well as our subcontractors and suppliers. Their collective effort and support are greatly appreciated."
Meanwhile, Ryan Boyle, Chief Operating Officer of Braidwater Group, emphasised the company's ongoing commitment to excellence: "The Braidwater Group remains dedicated to surpassing expectations, ensuring the highest quality in home construction. The meticulous attention to detail by our teams and the subsequent recognition reaffirm the Braidwater Group's position as one of Northern Ireland’s house builders."
