Martin & Hamilton Secures NI Aparthotel Construction Contract

County Antrim-based construction company Martin & Hamilton has been awarded the contract to deliver Northern Ireland's first Aparthotel by the international Adagio brand.

Works will see Dorchester House, the ten-storey former office building on Great Victoria Street, redeveloped and vertically extended to deliver an 136-bed aparthotel in Belfast city centre.

Discussing the project, a statement from Martin & Hamilton said: "Our team have commenced on site and are excited to be delivering this innovative hospitality venue in the heart of Belfast."
