Over £60,000 has been raised for charity by construction partners involved in the delivery of the Belfast Grand Central Station for Translink since the project's inception.

Notably, Farrans Sacyr JV, Babcock, Translink and Graham joined together at a charity ball held at the Ulster Transport Museum, where they collectively raised £21,000 for a range of local charities including Air Ambulance NI, Marie Curie, NI Chest, Heart and Stroke and Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Belfast Grand Central Station is the largest fully integrated transport hub on the island of Ireland and it is expected to welcome 20 million passenger journeys a year. The Station is already playing a critical role in encouraging greater use of public transport and reducing air pollution for a cleaner, greener city and region.
