Northern Ireland-headquartered construction firm GRAHAM has announced a new repairs and maintenance contract with Sandwell Property Care.
GRAHAM will deliver a response maintenance service, carrying out a broad range of reactive repairs, including a one-hour response across the West Midlands borough's non-housing properties.
Alan Millar, GRAHAM Regional Director, said: "We're delighted to continue our journey, which commenced in 2015, with Sandwell Property Care and build on our strong collaborative working relationship to provide high quality and value-for-money maintenance and projects throughout the borough."
In addition to the provision of a full 'out of hours' emergency service, 24 hours per day, 365 days a year, GRAHAM will deliver planned works from minor maintenance up to larger planned projects which include design, project management and principle designer, as and when required.
Works will be carried out on the Sandwell Council's diverse property portfolio, including office accommodation, schools, museums, libraries, leisure centres, industrial premises, community centres and schools.
Luke Dove, Assistant Director – Property, Strategic Assets and Land, of Sandwell Council added: "GRAHAM have a proven track record in providing high quality services in this sector, and we are pleased to have them on board."
The appointment further strengthens GRAHAM’s presence in the region and reinforces its reputation for delivering reliable, client-focused solutions in the public sector.
