Social Housing Development Progressing In Ballybofey

MBC Building Contractors Ltd is currently progressing works on a new social housing development at Coill an Airgid in Ballybofey, County Galway.

Elected members of the Lifford-Stranorlar Municipal District recently visited the development site for an update on the 14 energy efficient units which will be delivered over three phases.

Phase 1 consists of three, two-bed single-storey dwellings due to be completed by the end of June 2025.

Phase 2 consists of four units, including two, three-bed two-storey dwellings and two, two-bed apartments, which will be completed by September 2025.

Finally, Phase 3 consists of seven units, including two, two-bed two-storey, three, three-bed two-storey and two, two-bed apartments, which will be completed by the end of 2025.
