County Tyrone-headquartered Bell Contracts has been appointed by the Health Service Executive (HSE), Ireland, to deliver the Rockfield and Convent Refurbishment Project at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.
This major refurbishment scheme involves the restoration and upgrade of a number of architecturally significant and protected buildings located within the historic Beaumont Estate, formerly owned by Arthur Guinness.
The refurbishment will carefully restore and improve the energy performance of the protected buildings, while giving Rockfield House a fresh new look.
Once completed, the refurbished buildings will provide vital administrative accommodation for Beaumont Hospital and will contribute to the preservation of an important element of Dublin's architectural heritage.
The project will be delivered in collaboration with Kevin Jackson Architects and Moloney O'Beirne Architects, who are acting as Conservation Architect. Practical completion is expected in 2026.
Enquiries regarding subcontractor or supply chain opportunities should be directed to the project's Quantity Surveyor, Frank Zombe, at [email protected] or by telephone on 028 9002 5265.
