County Galway-headquartered Coffey has reflected on its success after recently being announced as one of Ireland's best employers and ranked as the top construction employer in the country.

The Athenry-based company was awarded the title by Sunday Independent Ireland's Best Employers Survey, a recognition which Coffey has stated "is the result of something we've been intentionally building, a culture shaped by values, not just policies."

In a statement, Coffey highlighted its "core values" as: Do the right thing, do it better and do it together. These core values guide "everything we do" and "aren’t just part of our strategy; they're part of who we are," according to Coffey.
