Motorists travelling on the N22 between Farranfore and Killarney are being advised of emergency road works at Breenan's Glen today (Wednesday, August 20) following a burst water main.

Uisce Éireann has confirmed that a Stop-Go traffic management system will be in place from 7am and will remain until the repair works are completed.

Michael Downey of Uisce Éireann said: "We are prioritising these works to repair an unplanned burst pipe and minimise the impact on water supplies. We understand that this type of work is inconvenient, and our crews will make every effort to minimise disruption to local people and motorists."
