GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out has completed a two-phase, £1.6 million refurbishment for a global technology company at City Quays 2, Belfast.

The project spanned three floors and delivered a fully branded, modern workplace in line with the client's global identity.

Phase 1 of the fit-out began in June and was handed over in July, with Phase 2 finalised in early Autumn 2025. The works included a comprehensive interior transformation, integrating the client’s branding into both the design and layout. GRAHAM's prior experience within City Quays and established relationship with the landlord supported a smooth and efficient delivery.
