McAleer & Rushe has been selected as main contractor for M0121, a 300-home residential project for Knight Dragon at Greenwich Peninsula, one of London's largest regeneration areas. The appointment follows an official ground-breaking on 2 December, jointly marking the start of on-site construction.

Situated in the Lower Riverside neighbourhood, M0121 comprises two residential buildings from seven to thirty storeys, arranged in a distinctive U-shaped configuration to sit harmoniously with adjacent plots. The development will provide high-quality homes with communal indoor and outdoor amenities, landscaped courtyards and new public realm, aligned with the scale and design intent of the Peninsula masterplan.

The scheme forms part of Knight Dragon's long-term plan to reshape the Peninsula into a vibrant urban district with nearly 17,500 new homes, alongside cultural venues and community facilities. McAleer & Rushe has also been named Preferred Contractor for Peninsula Quays, an 866-home project that will further advance the waterfront neighbourhood.
