NI Water is to begin essential pipelaying on Circular Road in Coleraine to deliver the wastewater infrastructure required for a new development.
Garvagh-based contractor CivCo will undertake the scheme, which includes installing a new surface water pipe and constructing four manholes along Circular Road between Anderson Park and the new development near the junction with Abbey Street.
Work is scheduled to start beside the entrance to The Mall on 2 February and will progress towards Anderson Park. For safety, a lane closure will be in place around the active work area for the duration of the project.
Ahead of the main programme, CivCo will dig trial holes along Circular Road to identify the location of existing services.
NI Water, together with CivCo and AtkinsRéalis, thanks residents, businesses and motorists for their patience and cooperation while this essential work is carried out to support growth in the Coleraine area.
