All-Ireland Housing Awards 2026 shortlist announced

The shortlist for the 2026 All-Ireland Housing Awards has been revealed, recognising projects, organisations and individuals delivering impact across the housing sector across Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The awards, organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), will take place at Titanic Belfast on 20 March 2026.

The annual event highlights innovation, partnership working and community impact, celebrating organisations and professionals supporting tenants and communities across the island.

Categories include Best Housing Development, Working in Partnership, Excellence in Housing Innovation, Sustainability, Community Champions and individual awards such as Housing Professional and Young Professional of the Year.

Shortlisted developments include schemes in Galway, Newtownabbey, Belfast, Dublin, Kerry and Drogheda, alongside a wide range of tenant support, regeneration and sustainability initiatives.

All shortlisted entries will be featured in the 2026 Good Practice Compendium following the awards ceremony, helping share best practice across the housing sector.
