EY Ireland Secures Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Employer Standard

EY Ireland has been formally awarded the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Accredited Employer Standard by Engineers Ireland. The accreditation serves as a strategic endorsement of the firm's commitment to fostering a high-performance culture through structured learning and technical innovation across its multi-disciplinary workforce.

As a major player in the Irish consulting landscape, EY Ireland provides a broad range of services including assurance, tax, and strategy. In the context of the construction and engineering sectors, the firm is increasingly focused on the delivery of large-scale Infrastructure and Capital Projects. The attainment of this standard is viewed as a key differentiator in a competitive market, allowing the firm to better attract and retain top-tier engineering talent while navigating the complexities of modern project delivery.

The Engineers Ireland CPD Standard is a best-practice framework that encourages organisations to develop agile, innovative workforces capable of responding to industry disruption. For EY, this accreditation ensures that its consulting teams remain at the cutting edge of infrastructure trends, supporting clients in achieving long-term value and operational efficiency.
