John Paul Construction has won the Civil Engineering Project Over €50 Million award at the 2026 Irish Construction Excellence Awards, recognising the successful delivery of Rosslare Europort Terminal 7 and Enabling Works.

The accolade reflects the dedication, collaboration, expertise and commitment of all those involved in the landmark scheme, which has strengthened Ireland's strategic connectivity with the rest of Europe.

The company thanked its client, the Office of Public Works and its design team, as well as Rosslare Europort, Iarnród Éireann, design partners, supply chain partners and the wider project team for their collaborative approach. It also paid tribute to its own team and extended congratulations to all finalists and winners, while thanking the organisers for another excellent event.
