Westmeath County Council, in partnership with Brennan McCann Developments Ltd and supported by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, has opened Phase 2 of the Affordable Purchase Scheme at Coola Meadows in Kilbeggan.

Six affordable homes are available to eligible buyers at a reduced price. The offering comprises two- and three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced units.

Homes are open to first-time buyers and those who qualify under the Fresh Start Principle.

Applicants should have Mortgage Approval in Principle in place when applying.
