AD Sustainability has announced the award of two new sustainability support contracts. The County Antrim-based consultancy has been appointed by Mutual Energy Ltd and Belfast Charitable Society to advance their environmental initiatives.
Over a three-year term with Mutual Energy Ltd, AD Sustainability will provide environmental advisory services encompassing support for Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) and preparation of Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) submissions. The brief also includes ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 gap analyses and management system development, operational reviews to strengthen compliance and performance at the company's electricity and gas transmission sites, the creation of sustainable waste management strategies across the business, and the development and delivery of sustainability training for staff.
For Belfast Charitable Society, the firm will conduct comprehensive energy audits across cluster member sites to identify opportunities to cut energy consumption, costs and carbon emissions, and to support the Cluster in making informed investment decisions on energy-efficiency and emissions-reduction improvements.
Commenting on the new contract wins Adrian Davis, Founder of AD Sustainability, said: "We are delighted to be able to support these two excellent organisations drive environmental improvement forward. Both contracts are underway and progressing well and we are delighted with the positive approach and commitment shown by both organisations to date."
