Farrans will be at Stand C22 at RDS Simmonscourt from Wednesday 16 to Friday 18 September, attending WorldSkills Ireland for the first time as part of Sisk Group.
The company will showcase career routes in civil engineering, quantity surveying and construction, and is recruiting now for its graduate, placement and apprenticeship intake for 2027. Details of the application process are available at: www.farrans.com/farrans-opens-applications-for-60-graduate-placement-and-apprenticeship-roles/. Successful applicants from this round will join the business in June and September 2027.
Farrans is especially interested in hearing from schools and students seeking opportunities in the west of Ireland, including Donegal, Sligo, Roscommon, Galway, Cavan, Leitrim, Monaghan and Mayo.
Team members on the stand will share first-hand insights into life as a graduate, placement or apprentice and offer guidance on the best pathway for each visitor.
WorldSkills Ireland brings together enterprise, industry, education, training and government to champion skills and apprenticeships and prepare today's talent for tomorrow's careers. Last year, the event welcomed more than 29,000 visitors.
WorldSkills Ireland 2026 will once again run alongside The Irish Times Higher Options event.
Visitors are encouraged to drop by and say hello.
