AtkinsRéalis has officially opened its new Dublin office in the presence of Ireland's Minister for Transport and Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment, Darragh O'Brien, marking a significant milestone in the company's continued growth and investment in Ireland.

The newly refurbished AtkinsRéalis House, located in Airside Business Park, will support more than 300 staff in their work to deliver major infrastructure projects across Ireland's transportation, energy, water and buildings and places markets.

The multi-million Euro upgrade follows a period of significant growth and expansion for AtkinsRéalis in Ireland. In 2024, the company announced plans to increase its Irish workforce from approximately 370 employees to around 1,000 by 2030.

Since then, AtkinsRéalis has continued to strengthen its presence in Ireland, including through the acquisition of Galway-headquartered engineering and project management consultancy TOBIN. The acquisition added approximately 200 employees and further expanded the company's regional footprint and capabilities, bringing the Irish team to more than 750-strong.

Professionals working from the Head Office are involved in the delivery of all of AtkinsRéalis' key projects across Ireland. This includes helping deliver improvements to Ireland's rail network through Irish Rail and DART+; supporting Transport Infrastructure Ireland to deliver new  roads and maintain the existing road network, as  well as on the advanced works for Dublin's Metrolink, and working  on Uisce Éireann's flagship Water Supply Project to secure future water resilience; providing multidisciplinary services for critical infrastructure projects across Dublin Airport Authority's airport portfolio; and enabling the expansion of renewable energy through onshore and offshore wind projects that will help EirGrid meet Ireland's decarbonisation and energy security objectives.

The address of the new office is AtkinsRéalis House, 150 Airside Business Park, Swords, Co. Dublin, K67 K5W4, and the company also has offices in Cork, Galway and Dundalk. It spans approximately 1291m², across open plan office space, meeting rooms, tea stations, breakout areas and multifunctional spaces.
