Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has advised on a new lease for a newly built logistics unit at Indurent Park, Gloucester, acting for Evri Premium – a network of DHL – to enhance the company’s operations in a key UK distribution location.
Following the 2025 merger with DHL eCommerce UK, Evri Premium operates as a separate network providing rapid, time-critical services with added shipping security for high-value and bulky consignments.
Under the deal, DHL eCommerce has taken Unit 12 at Indurent Park, part of the development’s final phase at Junction 12 of the M5.
The building is a Grade A, 57,643 sq ft facility with leading sustainability features, including EPC A+, BREEAM Excellent, PV panels and EV charging.
LSH advised DHL eCommerce throughout the process, following other recent major acquisitions for the Evri Group such as Arrow Point, Barnsley (266,044 sq ft) and Peterborough South (95,949 sq ft).
Tom Harker, Director of Industrial & Logistics at Lambert Smith Hampton, commented: "We are delighted to have supported Evri Premium's growth in this key location. Indurent’s market leading specification and the location's connectivity made it a clear choice for the new depot. LSH's regional network across the UK enables us to provide in-depth knowledge at a local level across the portfolio."
