Henry Brothers is marking 50 years in business, having grown from a local construction firm in Magherafelt into a leading contractor operating across the UK.
The milestone was celebrated at the Dunadry Hotel, where the company paid tribute to the people who have shaped its journey over five decades, highlighted projects set to leave a lasting legacy, and honoured Founder Jim Henry.
The anniversary coincides with continued investment and expansion, including the opening of a new Edinburgh office and the development of a new flagship headquarters in Magherafelt.
David Henry, Chief Executive Officer at Henry Group, commented: "50 years of Henry Brothers is more than a milestone – it is a story built on hard work, determination and an unwavering belief in what a family-run construction company could achieve.
"As we reflect on this time, we recognise the strength that came from the people and the communities around us. We're truly thankful to our colleagues who stood together through the years, and for the relationships formed that helped guide the business forward."
Over the past half-century, Henry Brothers has delivered award-winning, state-of-the-art schemes across multiple sectors, creating spaces that shape communities, drive progress and open up opportunities.
David concluded: "We have seen generations of people build their careers with the business, while new talent continues to bring fresh ideas, skills and ambition.
"As we look ahead, the next 50 years for Henry Brothers will be defined by our drive to push boundaries, embrace new ideas and meet the challenges of a rapidly changing industry.
"With the second generation of the Henry family leading the way alongside Ian Taylor, Managing Director of Henry Brothers Construction and Jody Wilkinson, Managing Director for Northern Ireland and Scotland, we are ready to rise to that challenge and build on the foundations laid over the past 50 years."
Today, Henry Brothers employs more than 250 people and operates from offices in Magherafelt, Belfast, Nottingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
