Designer Group to deliver full mechanical and electrical works at Littleconnell's Brewery 2 in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, boosting capacity and advancing sustainability.

As part of a major client investment, Designer Group has been appointed to carry out the full mechanical and electrical fit-out for a new Brewery and Roaster scheme in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

The project is a central element of the planned expansion at the Littleconnell site, following the successful completion of Brewery 1. Brewery 2 will focus on producing one of the client's existing products, more than doubling overall brewing capacity and supporting the Guinness brand's continued global growth.

Building on its delivery of key M&E and specialist packages for Brewery 1, this latest award strengthens a long-standing partnership and underscores confidence in Designer Group's capability to deliver complex engineering solutions within live, highly specialised manufacturing environments.

For Brewery 2, Designer Group will provide the complete M&E installation, supplying the critical building services and infrastructure required for the new production facility. The programme will involve extensive co-ordination across mechanical, electrical and specialist systems to enable safe, efficient and reliable operations.

The development will also enhance Littleconnell's strong sustainability credentials, integrating advanced technologies and systems to improve energy and water efficiency and to support the customer's wider sustainability ambitions.
