AG Named Preferred Supplier To GRAHAM In Strategic Agreement To 2028

AG, the third-generation paving and building products manufacturer with more than 60 years' experience, has expanded its partnership with GRAHAM via a new Strategic Supply Agreement that appoints AG as a preferred supplier until the end of 2028.

GRAHAM, which traces its heritage back over 250 years, is among the UK and Ireland's most established construction and civil engineering businesses, delivering complex schemes across residential, education, healthcare, commercial, transport and social infrastructure.

The agreement aligns GRAHAM's track record in major project delivery with AG's manufacturing capability and focus on building materials with lower embodied carbon.

It formalises and builds on a successful long-term relationship, setting out a framework for closer collaboration on future projects and reinforcing both firms' shared priorities of quality, innovation and sustainable construction.

AG will engage earlier in the design and specification stages alongside GRAHAM's project teams, helping to identify solutions that satisfy architectural, technical and sustainability objectives on upcoming developments.

The two companies have already worked together on landmark Northern Ireland projects including Loftlines in Belfast's Titanic Quarter and Nelson Place Student Roost in the city centre.

Completed earlier this year, Loftlines is Northern Ireland's largest Build-to-Rent scheme and a key step in the ongoing regeneration of the Titanic Quarter, delivering high-quality homes and transforming a prominent waterfront site.

Nelson Place Student Roost has also contributed to Belfast's evolving urban fabric, providing modern, purpose-built student accommodation that supports growing demand for sustainable living and continued investment in the city's renewal.

A core element of the Strategic Supply Agreement is AG's award-winning Woodward facing brick range, complemented by its Classic and Heathfield collections. Woodward was named Northern Ireland's Most Responsible Product at the Business in the Community Responsible Business Awards 2025 and, supported by independently verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), delivers almost 46% lower embodied carbon per square metre than the industry standard clay facing brick.

Rodney Davidson, Sales Director Ireland, AG, said: "As a third-generation family business, AG has always believed that strong relationships are at the heart of successful projects. The partnerships we build with customers and construction partners are founded on trust, collaboration and a shared commitment to delivering quality.

"Our relationship with GRAHAM has developed through working together on significant projects, and this agreement represents an exciting next step. It creates opportunities for our teams to collaborate even more closely, particularly as the industry continues to focus on delivering lower embodied carbon solutions.

"Innovation has always been central to AG, and we are proud that ranges such as Woodward can support contractors and developers in meeting sustainability objectives while maintaining the quality, durability and architectural finish expected from modern construction materials."

Gordon Morrow, Head Of Strategic Supply Agreements and Procurement, GRAHAM, said: "Strong supply chain relationships are fundamental to the successful delivery of our projects. As a business delivering complex construction projects across the UK and Ireland, we rely on trusted partners who can consistently provide quality, reliability and technical capability.

"AG has demonstrated these qualities through the projects where we have worked together, alongside a commitment to collaboration and innovation that aligns well with our approach to delivery. These strengths have made AG a natural choice as a preferred supplier.

"This agreement builds on an already successful working relationship and creates opportunities for earlier collaboration around specification, product development and lower embodied carbon solutions."
