Turnover at Dublin based construction company G and T Crampton has risen by staggering 22 per cent to €242.9 million.
Accounts for 2006 show operating profit doubling to €9 million with pre-tax profits increasing five fold to €25.5 million.
A huge chunk of the rise in profits is attributed to gains on the sale of an investment property of €15.8 million.
Shareholders each received dividends of €13 million.
Brothers George and Philip Crampton, together with their father, own 90.7 per cent of the company.
Significant projects include Georges Quay and The Four Seasons Hotel both in Dublin.
