Entrepreneurs, Laurent Girard-Claudon and Jean-Christophe Murat, are selected to receive the Ruban d’Honneur in The Entrepreneur of the Year category. Seeing the rapid growth of the Irish economy they spotted a market opportunity to launch an international recruitment agency specializing in multilingual staff. Approach People started from a blank sheet of paper seven years ago and now boasts the top 50 largest multinationals in Europe among its clients, a significant achievement in a fast moving and tough industry sector.

Adrian Tripp, Chief Executive of the European Business Awards congratulates the finalists: "I am very excited about skills, energy and ingenuity that our Ruban d'Honneur recipients have on display. These individuals and businesses demonstrate how even medium and large sized organisations can be agile and adaptable to rapidly changing markets.
