Co Tyrone Man Fined £10k For Planning Breach

A man has appeared at Omagh Magistrates Court, convicted of not complying with two Enforcement Notices.

Mr Enda McCallan, of 3b Minadinna Road, Carrickmore was fined £10,000 plus £170 costs on 15 January.

The two Enforcement Notices required the demolition of a builders shed at lands adjacent to his home in County Tyrone, and removal of all vehicles and builders materials from around it.

The Planning Service brought the action under Article 67A(1)(a) of the Planning (NI) Order 1991 (as amended).
