Skerries Point, North Dublin's newest commercial hub, is to open soon according to property developer Markland Holdings.
The €35m commercial centre consists of 6,339 square metres in eight separate units.
There will be a supermarket on the ground floor, offices, medical facilities and restaurants overhead, in addition to a 3-storey pub.
The project is located adjacent to Kelly's Bay residential development on what will be the main Skerries to Balbriggan road.
Joint agents Grimes Real Estate Alliance and Savills Hamilton Osborne King are quoting rents from €430 to €484 per square metre.
