Fingal County Council has given the go-ahead for a new €60m complex in Blanchardstown, Co Dublin.
Green Property has been granted planning permission, for the proposed eight-storey office block in Westland Retail Park, currently a 20,445 sq m surface car park.
The development is to consist mainly of offices but plans also include 600 sq m of ground floor retail spaces.
Work on the 200-bedroom Crown Plaza Hotel, on the adjoining site, is due to be completed by the end of the year and a development of 96 apartments are due for completion in the autumn.
A local leisure centre has, however, appealed the new decision to the planning appeals board.
