New Appointments At Savills Hamilton Osbourne King

The Property Management Division at Savills Hamilton Osborne King sees further expansion with two key senior appointments.

Helen Moore has been appointed Director, Property Management and Glenn Cran has been appointed Associate within the Division. A third senior appointment has been made within the firm as Jonathan Preston has been promoted to Head of Retail Warehousing.

The Property Management Division is now the largest department within Savills Hamilton Osborne King with 36 staff. The department has grown quickly in recent years in order to service the large number of properties in its portfolio including three of the biggest shopping centres in the country - Liffey Valley, Victoria Square and Mahon Point - as well as retail parks and office developments.

The portfolio of properties under management is valued at €6bn with an annual rent roll in excess of €200m and an annual service charge expenditure of €60m.

Helen Moore joined Savills Hamilton Osborne King 14 years ago and was appointed Director in 2005. In her new role in Property Management she will have responsibility for strategy and business development. For the past 11 years Helen has been working in the New Homes Division advising clients on the development, marketing and sales of new housing schemes. Her clients have included some of the country's top property developers such as Park Developments, Capel Developments and O'Malley Homes & Development.

Glenn Cran has joined the Property Management Division from Savills in London. Glenn will focus on the management of commercial property including individual retail units, shopping centres and offices with an emphasis on improving asset value. Prior to joining Savills Hamilton Osborne King in Dublin, Glenn spent two years at Savills Development Consultancy team in London advising on development master plans and regeneration sites. Glenn previously worked in the Real Estate Consulting division of Ernst & Young, London, focusing on Facilities Management Outsourcing advisory.

Jonathan Preston has been appointed Head of Retail Warehousing at Savills Hamilton Osborne King. Jonathan has been an Associate at Savills Hamilton Osborne King since 2007, he has been working in the Development Land Division since 2004 specialising in the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial development sites throughout Ireland. Along with heading up Retail Warehousing he will also take responsibility for sales and leasing within the Retail Division, which will include advising on the company's main instructions.
